ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 1999--Morrison Health Care, Inc. (NYSE:MHI) today reported strong financial results for its second quarter ended November 30, 1998. Compared to the same period last year, managed volume, the amount of total operating costs managed, increased 29 percent, revenues rose 28 percent, earnings before interest and taxes grew 19 percent, and net income was up 12 percent. In addition, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on January 29, 1999 to shareowners of record on January 19, 1999.
