VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 1999-- Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation (NASDAQ:CLCDF) (TSE:CLV.) reported today that J. Duffy has been appointed to the Board.
Also, the Company reported that M. Gustavson has resigned as a director of the Company.
Duffy brings extensive beverage industry experience to the Clearly Canadian Board. He is President of CC Beverage (U.S.) Corporation, a new Washington State company formed through the recent merger of Clearly Canadian's two U.S. subsidiaries, Clearly Canadian Beverage (U.S.) Corporation and Cascade Clear Water Co.
