DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 1999--Dayton Superior Corporation (NYSE:DSD) today announced the acquisition of the assets of Cempro, Inc. Cempro is a manufacturer of blended cementitious chemical products used in the construction market and is located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with sales of $5 million in 1998. This acquisition which will add to the company's growing construction chemical business, is expected to be slightly accretive to Dayton Superior's earnings per share in the current year.
