SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SUPC) announced today that its subsidiary, Superior Consultant Company, Inc., and Eisenhower Medical Center (EMC), have signed an Information Systems Outsourcing Agreement. Under this five-year Agreement, valued at approximately $20 million, Superior will assume responsibility for information systems management and leadership in the areas of planning and strategy; financial management; applications support; computer operations; PC and desktop support; network management; help desk; and project services.
