GREENEVILLE, Tenn. _ The impeachment of Bill Clinton may be the best thing that ever happened to Andrew Johnson.
Until recently, the one fact most people knew about Johnson was that he was the only U.S. president to have been impeached. Now that he has lost that distinction, he is getting a fresh assessment _ and faring better than he did 130 years ago, at least when judged by visitors to the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site here in his adopted hometown.
