POTOMAC, Md., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity Investor newsletter announced its annual rankings of all Fidelity stock, sector and international mutual fund managers. At the top of the ranking is Fidelity Investor's Fidelity Manager of the Year Charles Mangum, manager of Fidelity's Dividend Growth fund. Mangum topped the newsletter's mid-year rankings last June and continued his stellar performance, with his fund delivering a healthy 35.9 percent return for 1998 -- beating the S&P 500's 28.6 percent return, but with less risk than the S&P 500.
