Jan. 16 -- A federal agency has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against a Kansas City paper-recycling company.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges that a male plant manager at Batliner Paper Stock Co. sexually harassed a male company truck driver.
The federal agency said the driver was harassed verbally and physically from 1994 to 1996. The harassment eventually caused the truck driver to leave the company, according to the EEOC.
