These desserts are so easy, you'll want to make them every night.
1. BULL'S-EYE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE PIE Beat 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla, then 1/2 cup flour. Divide mixture in half. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and stir into one half of the mixture. Pour all but 1/2 cup of the chocolate batter into a circle just inside the edge of a partially baked piecrust. Pour plain batter in center and then remaining chocolate batter in center of that. Bake at 325 [degrees] for 35 to 40 minutes, until just set.
2. DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PUDDING Stir together 4 cups milk, 5 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup ...
