DECATUR, Ga., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AHI) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Axis Group, Inc., has recently established a new subsidiary with the sole purpose of leasing car hauling equipment to Mexican car carriers. The new subsidiary, ARETA (Arrendadora de Equipo Para El Transporte de Automoviles S. de R.L. de C.V.), will have offices in Mexico City.
