Jan. 20 -- Yesterday was the third anniversary of the worst oil spill in Rhode Island's history. It didn't go unnoticed by the Rhode Island Lobstermen's Association.

At a news conference on the steps of the federal courthouse, the group announced it has filed a $40-million lawsuit in U.S. District Court against Eklof Marine Corp. and others responsible for the ecological disaster.
