BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on new information, Boulder-based Resource Data International (RDI) calculates that Entergy-New Orleans, Inc. could gain from 5% to 15% in generating asset market value as the result of new EPA air quality regulations. Earlier, in a 1998 study, Energy Economics & the Environment, RDI incorrectly calculated (based on the new information) that the generating asset market value of Entergy-New Orleans would decline as a result of the regulations.
