CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 1999--Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:AZPN), the leading provider of Smart Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management software and services for the process industries, today announced results for its second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 1998. The Company reported total revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 1999 of $61.7 million, compared with $60.2 million for the same period in fiscal 1998. For the three months ended December 31, 1998, software license revenue totaled $28.7 million, while services revenue rose to $33.0 million. Net income for the second quarter was $481,000 or $0.02 per share.
