Call Claims About Pesticide Safety False, Misleading

Some San Diego pest extermination companies are being accused of false and misleading advertising by a California public interest group that has also filed a lawsuit against other exterminators.

The California Public Interest Research Group (CalPIRG) and Californians for Pesticide Reform (CPR) have filed suit against four Northern California companies they claim are using "unlawful, unfair and fraudulent safety claims" in their advertisements.
