PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local OSWAL ASIA FERTILIZERS is currently said to be gearing- up to build a new fertilizer complex in India. The company in question is a joint venture that teams-up the SOROS GROUP of the U.S., the OSWAL GROUP of India and Germany-based KRUPP UHDE. According to the terms of the collaborative agreement, OSWAL will hold a 50% interest in the venture, SOROS will have a 40% stake and KRUPP UHDE will pick up the balance of the equity.
