Johnston & Murphy has taken footwear retailing to the max. The company's new 6,100-square-foot flagship on the corner of New York's Madison Avenue and 54th Street is a combination shoe store, art gallery and footwear museum.
"We want to push the edge in what we can do with the brand and take it to the next level," said Jeff Schenkel, vice president of retailing, about the company's commitment to offering its customers the ultimate retail experience.
