The CIAB strives to make an impact on issues that help improve its members' bottom lines, says Ken A. Crerar, president of the Washington- based CIAB.
Shifting its focus away from areas where it's difficult for the CIAB to make a difference, such as Superfund reform, the CIAB has redoubled its work where change is almost imminent: financial services modernization reform, electronic communication in a global environment, privacy issues and education.
