The Stroh Brewery Company, the nation's fourth largest brewer, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Henry Weinhard's and Mickeys brands to Miller Brewing Company, the nation's second largest brewer, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
