GOLDEN, Colo., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- PolyMet Mining Corporation (Vancouver: POM) announced today that it has retained Lakefield Research Laboratories in Ontario, Canada to serve as the lead metallurgical testing laboratory for pressure oxidation (POX) testing on the bulk concentrate produced last December from its NorthMet Project. Pressure oxidation and bioleaching are the two metallurgical processes currently being tested. BacTech, in Australia, is performing the bioleach tests, which began this week.
