MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1999--ARI Network Services, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:ARIS), a leading provider of Internet-enabled electronic commerce services for distribution channels, announced the sale of its dealer business management system product to MIC Systems and Software, Inc. of Huntington Beach, California.

The line of business being sold was acquired by ARI as part of its September 1998 acquisition of the POWERCOM-2000, Inc. division of Briggs & Stratton Corporation.
