HORSHAM, Pa., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Astea International (Nasdaq: ATEA) announced that XE Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation known as Xerox Engineering Systems, has selected ServiceAlliance, Astea's Customer Management Support solution, in a move to automate and improve its customer service operations. Xerox Engineering Systems, which sells and services wide-format printers, scanners, copiers, software and supplies for engineering markets, will deploy ServiceAlliance to manage all facets of customer service, including customer inquiries, billing, contracts, logistics and other front-office tasks.
