BUENOS AIRES, Argentina--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 1999--The Prudential Insurance Company of America, the largest life insurer in the United States, announced today the formation of its new life insurance company in Argentina.
The new company, Prudential Seguros, S.A., will sell life insurance products through highly-trained professionals who can assist consumers in making the right decisions about the insurance products they need to help protect their families. Prudential Seguros, S.A. is expected to begin selling products around September of 1999.
