NEW YORK, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Bob Schmetterer, Chairman and CEO of EURO RSCG Worldwide, today announced the acquisition of a majority stake of the San Francisco agency Citron Haligman Bedecarre -- the largest independent advertising agency in San Francisco. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. The agency will be known as Citron Haligman Bedecarre EURO RSCG.
Founded in March 1990, as a Hal Riney & Partners "spin-off," Citron Haligman Bedecarre is one of the fastest growing U.S. startup agencies of the decade.
