STOCKHOLM, Sweden and BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Private Media Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PRVT), a global media company specializing in adult entertainment products and just recently listed on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol (PRVT) has entered into a distribution agreement with Axel Springer Verlag AG, the largest distributor of newspapers and magazines in Europe and one of the largest distributors of these items worldwide. Axel Springer was founded in 1946 and is headquartered jointly in Berlin and Hamburg, Germany. Axel Springer had revenues exceeding 3 Billion US in 1998.
