NEW YORK, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Alaska Housing Finance Corp.'s $150 million commercial paper notes program is rated 'F1+' by Fitch IBCA. Lehman Brothers Inc. will act as the dealer with respect to the program. This new program is expected to ultimately replace the Corp.'s outstanding eurocommercial paper program.
