Feb. 22 -- 24 ACRES IN ORLANDO FETCH $1.8 MILLION-PLUS: Twenty-four acres of vacant industrial land in south Orlando brought more than $1.8 million in three transactions. Bob Doher of Emerald Realty of Central Florida handled all three. Three one-acre lots on Spruce Avenue off Orange Avenue sold for $354,000. The buyer was B.C. Family Partnership. The seller was Beeline Investments Inc. Seventeen acres on McCoy Road sold for $1.02 million. The buyer was NationsBank. The seller was Beeline Associates Inc. Four acres on Jetport Drive near Orange Avenue sold for $500,000. The seller was PDB Corp. The buyer was Family Venture Inc. ...
