MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaughn Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: VGHN) ("Vaughn") today announced a tentative settlement over claims of copyright infringement at Vaughn's CD mastering and replication facilities. The settlement is subject to the approval of Vaughn's Board of Directors, certain Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) member record companies, Allied Digital, Inc., a party to the Merger Agreement, and the closing of Vaughn's proposed merger with Twin Acquisition Corp. The settlement includes an undisclosed cash payment to the RIAA and a commitment to help raise piracy awareness.
