MIAMI, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Holographic Dimensions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HGRM) announced today that it has entered into a technology development agreement to patent, manufacture and bring to market a Direct Digital Holographic Printer (DDHP).
Under the terms and conditions of the agreement, HDI will have exclusive rights to the technology, paying the inventor a royalty on the sale of DDHP and security holograms utilizing the technology. The Company has completed the proof of concept and has commenced production of the first commercial device.
