LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- La Salsa Holding Company, whose La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill is the original quick-service restaurant chain responsible for the introduction of healthful, customized fresh Mexican food across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, today announced the appointment of Charles A. Lynch as La Salsa's Chief Executive Officer and Steven R. Selcer as La Salsa's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lynch, who retains his title as La Salsa's Chairman of the Board, replaces Charles Boppell who leaves in March 1999 to become president and chief executive officer of Sizzler International Inc.
