I have a confession to make: I am a Greek island junkie. If I don't visit at least one Greek island during the year, I get the shakes.
An island with its atmosphere of seclusion and tranquillity, disconnected from the wear and tear of the daily grind and removed from the din and tumult of congested cities, is the perfect getaway. And the smaller, the better.
Why a Greek island? I personally have a deep-rooted spiritual bond with Greece. Also, the islands' unique sights and vernacular architecture offer a host of photographic opportunities.
