CLEARWATER, Fla., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincare Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LNCR) today announced that it has acquired the stock of Convacare Services, Inc., a leading regional provider of home respiratory services. Convacare provides home oxygen, respiratory therapy services and durable medical equipment through locations in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio and has annualized revenues of approximately $22.0 million.
