Ready for new export challenges and building on Britain's growing love of ethnic foods, Thailand, Argentina and Mexico are all set for dynamic debuts
Producers from Thailand -- which has nine exhibitors at the show -- are hoping to capitalise on the growing popularity of Thai food worldwide, and the fact it is one of the world's biggest food producers.
The country's participation is being organised by the Department of Export Promotion, a division of the Thai Ministry of Commerce.
"Thai food exports to the United Kingdom have been around the 60m [pounds sterling] level during the past year," says DEP director general Sanit Vorapanya.
