PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT CO., an affiliate of the ROYAL DUTCH/SHELL GROUP of the Netherlands, is currently gearing- up to build what is claimed to be the world's largest oil terminal. In so doing, the company is proposing to invest $500,000,000 during the next decade in view of expanding its existing Bonny export terminal in the Rivers state.
