Mar. 6 -- COMPANIES BAND TOGETHER TO MAKE LIGHT-RAIL BID: A group of construction, engineering and design companies has joined to bid for work on the light-rail project running from the Salt Lake City International Airport to the University of Utah.
The joint venture, called Fastrak, is made up of the Clyde Companies, Sverdup Civil Inc., Herzog Contracting Corp., Mass Electric Construction, HDR Engineering, Horrocks Engineers, PGH Wong Engineering, Anil Verma & Associates, Kleinfelder Inc. and Landmark Design.
