Miller Freeman, Inc., producers and organizers of FCE Latin America and HBA Global Expo, two leading cosmetic and personal care trade shows for the Americas, announced that FCE will now be known as HBA South America. "The HBA brand name is well-known and respected throughout the USA, Europe and the Orient," said Joris van Wijk, managing director of Miller Freeman Brazil.
