BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 1999--Datwyler i/o devices, has purchased the assets of Conductive Rubber Technology, Inc., (CRT), including its subsidiary, Tecnologia Rubber de Mexico, in an agreement announced today.

Datwyler i/o devices, a business unit of Datwyler Holding, a multinational supplier of industrial components based in Switzerland, has sales offices and manufacturing locations in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Conductive Rubber Technology, established in 1979, engineers, manufactures, and distributes elastomeric keypads and switch assemblies to principal OEMs such as Diebold, Inc., Motorola, Philips Consumer Electronics, ...
