Carpinteria, CA -- QAD Inc. (Nasdaq: QADI) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 1999.
For the 1999 fourth quarter, revenue increased 20 percent to $65.4 million, compared with $54.5 million, for the same quarter last year. Excluding non-recurring charges and assuming a normalized tax rate of 38 percent, net income for the quarter would have been $124,000.
