Most Important Factors That Encourage Effective Collaborations

The survey found widespread agreement among the two groups of respondents concerning the factors that most encourage effective collaboration. Five of the top six factors were the same for both sets of respondents. Among both groups, the most frequently mentioned factor that encourages effective city-CBO collaborations is that city government understands specific community needs.
