WASHINGTON, D.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 1999--User Technology Associates, Inc. (UTA), an information technology company, will establish a European business consulting center in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The new business center is one of the largest major direct investments into Northern Ireland resulting from a DOC trade mission.
The announcement was made at a press conference today at the U.S. Department of Commerce by David Trimble, MP, First Minister, Northern Ireland Assembly, who was joined by the Assembly's Deputy Minister, Seamus Mallon, MP and U.S. Commerce Secretary William M. Daley.
