TEMPE, Ariz., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Accord Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AVTI) announced today that Dr. Balu Pathangey has joined the company as senior member of its technical staff. Dr. Pathangey received his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering in 1982 and 1987, respectively, from the Stevens Institute of Technology. During his 8 years as research engineer at the University of Florida, he designed and developed several research scale CVD, RF/DC/Ion-beam sputter deposition and HDP etch systems for processing thin film semiconductor, insulator and interconnect materials.
