Klaus Rifbjerg. Andre tider. Copenhagen. Gyldendal. 1997. 154 pages. ISBN 87-00-30646-0.
Andre tider is a 151-page collection containing twenty-three short stories, some of which are only a few pages long. Each story consists of a brief description of a situation, an episode, a stage of life, a person, or a couple; the unity of the stories is created through atmosphere, not plot. The point of view is that of a narrator approximately Klaus Rifbjerg's age, someone who was young during the war and is now middle-aged. The narrative flow seems derived from the interaction between past and present experience: hence the title, "Other Times."
