DEARBORN, Mich., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Energy Corporation (NYSE: CMS) today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, CMS Continental Natural Gas, Inc., has executed agreements with Pennaco Energy, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: PNEG) and its corporate affiliate, CMS Oil and Gas Company, to gather coal bed methane gas from the Powder River Basin in Wyoming and Montana. The agreements call for CMS Continental to provide long-term low pressure gas gathering services, and include an acreage dedication of more than 580,000 acres in the Powder River Basin within the previously announced CMS Oil and Gas/Pennaco Energy area of mutual interest.
