MEMPHIS, Tenn., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Inns, Inc. (NYSE: ENN), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the upscale extended stay, all-suite and midscale limited-service segments of the hotel industry, today announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with affiliates of Crossroads Hospitality Company, LLC and Interstate Hotels Management, Inc., wholly-owned subsidiaries of Patriot American Hospitality, Inc. (NYSE: PAH), which amends the lease under which the Crossroads affiliates are lessees and Patriot and Interstate serve as guarantors of leases for 80 Equity Inns hotels.
