Mar. 29 -- One picture is worth a thousand words, especially when it's taken from about 24,000 feet in the air.
Seated in a car on a recent Friday afternoon and poised to drive past a couple of acres he's selling on South 8th Street, developer Ed Rudolph first reaches for an aerial photograph of the site and hands it to a prospective buyer.
