DETROIT _ A sign in Dr. Alexa Canady's office frames her life philosophy. ``If you are grouchy, irritable or just plain mean, there will be a $10 charge for putting up with you.''
Grouchy, Canady isn't. Her top health goal is ``just trying to have fun.''
That from a nationally renowned neurosurgeon, the person who became the youngest black female in her speciality at age 30.
