WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1999--Parametric Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: PMTC) today announced that the Lockheed Martin Joint Strike Fighter team will use Windchill as its enterprise collaborative engineering architecture for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program, expected to be the largest fighter program ever awarded by the U.S. Department of Defense.

JSF is a joint service, future replacement, multi-role fighter being developed for the Air Force, the Navy, the Marine Corps and Britain's Royal Navy.
