PISCATAWAY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1999--Lotus Pacific Inc. (OTC:LPFC) announced today that it has submitted an application for listing on the NASDAQ National Market and has filed Form 10 with the Security Exchange Commission.
