ALLENTOWN, Pa., April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- PP&L Spectrum, Inc., a subsidiary of PP&L Resources, Inc. (NYSE: PPL), announced today (4/8) that it has acquired Burns Mechanical, Inc., a Philadelphia-area mechanical contracting firm. The company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of PP&L Spectrum, Inc., which markets energy-management services and products.
