Interbrand, a company formed to handle the acquisition of the men's accessory division and belt manufacturing operations of Roma Industries, has taken over the license for Timberland belts, personal leather goods and leather travel bags as well as Roma's private-label leather goods business.
Roma Industries still manufactures watchbands and jewelry, but has relinquished its Timberland accessory business to Interbrand.
