WAYLAND, Mass., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- National Dentex Corporation (Nasdaq: NADX), the largest owner/operator of dental laboratories in the United States, today announced two acquisitions. First, Oratech Dental Laboratory of Dallas, Texas which will be combined with their existing location in the Dallas area. The second is Southside Dental Laboratory, Inc. of Orlando, Florida which will fold into their existing facility in Orlando. These acquired locations had combined revenues in excess of $1,500,000 in their most recent fiscal years.
