BUFFALO and SYRACUSE, N.Y., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) today announced that it has been selected as the agency of record for the new company resulting from the recent merger of Syracuse-based HMO Health Services Medical Corporation and Buffalo-based HMO HealthCarePlan.

"EMA was selected because of its significant experience in the health care marketplace, its wide range of capabilities, and its statewide presence," Arthur R.
